Want to get into drinking green tea but have had a 'bitter' experience in the past?
Try this smooth, unflavoured Green Tea.
The fragrant green tea leaves are tightly rolled into “gunpowder” nuggets and when open, the flavour is very easy drinking.
Gunpowder tea is a form of Chinese tea in which each leaf has been rolled into a small round pellet - its English name comes from its resemblance to grains of gunpowder.
This rolling method of shaping tea is most often applied either to dried green tea (the most commonly encountered variety outside China) or Oolong tea.
It has bold, lightly smoky flavour and is higher in caffeine than a lot of other green teas.
